ORDER AND PURCHASE POLICY

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on any of our hair products. All Point of Sales are final.

However, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened or unused hair extensions within 5 working days of you receiving your order. We only accept exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or, in any way, tampered with.  

 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom made wig units/orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We allow customers to cancel orders within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us here with your order number stated.

We do not accept cancellations of custom units, all. points of sale are final.

SHIPPING POLICY 

For all UK orders, our shipping period is between 5-10 working days.

We are happy to say we offer worldwide shipping! This will usually take 7-15 working days when your order is placed before 5pm GMT time. We will ensure that you receive order and shipping updates during this period.

LOCAL COLLECTION (LONDON, United Kingdom ONLY)

We offer Local London(UK 5-7 working days) Collection on all orders over £300. please ensure you select this option when you checkout on all items and we will contact you to arrange a pick up for your special order.
